i have a 95 gsr supercharged, car still runs like crap but im gonna go ahead and upgrade it and see where im at.
first thing is throttle body, is there a recommended brand and size? anyone have any postive gains?
next is rebuilding the the motor,
i plan to get new valves, valve springs, retainers, pistons and rods. the question here is what compression should i go for with the pistons? i might be running nitrous also and going turbo in the future.
any other recommendations on other things i should replace/upgrade?

What I would do if I were you is get a Hondata and get your car in a good state of tune.
As for building your motor. Do you really want to spend that much money on an 9 year old car?

as for it running bad, i cant explain it, ive tried to get help from jim but im running into dead ends, the car has a nasty idle, and when it does it it idles at 1500-1700 rpms and its not steady, i believe one of my vavles keep gettin stuck. i cant do a valve adjustment without a steady idle, and i need to get timing done to the car, cant do that with a eratic idle. we checked all vacuum lines and they are not leaking, i checked my throttle body, the car does die when i plug up the holes in the TB with my finger. also when i drive the car it feel like it has a hesitation, if i keep my foot on the gas at a certain point it will jump rpms, it will drive then pull as if i was pushing it down more then go back to normal. some days i burn excessive amounts of fuel also, no vtec, no boost, it just burns too quick. also when i did take it into boost, it would hit 5-6 psi then drop down to 2 psi at WOT, im thinking the supercharger is going out and i need a rebuild to the JRSC.
im ready for the bad news, if anyone can please help me. this is so frustrating, i wish i never installed it now. i just wanna get her running right. ill do anything it takes, no one has no answers for me.

Im sure you have checked this, but you could have a bad bypass valve.
Did you buy this kit used?
I say sell the JRSC and get a new turbo kit OR pull the whole freakin thing off and reinstall it and see if the problems persist....I would go turbo route if you are planning on building the motor.
But a Hondata would still be my first upgrade purchase to your car after you have it squared away - either with or turbo.
Actually if I were you I would buy a Viper [img]wink.gif[/img] Much more fun than an integra

I can (and will) fix it.
I suspect I will find a simple "rookie mistake" that your installer made that you guys are just overlooking. In addition, if you go ahead and get a Hondata system, I can properly tune the car while it is here and then you can kill two birds with one stone... one trip and all is well.
If you want to sell the JRSC and go Turbo... I can help you with that too.

sounds good to me, i am also thinking it is a mistake made by us. but i do think my car does have problems outside the supercharger problems. one thing being fuel filter. anyways, im going to have to wait till end of july till i can bring it up there because of financial issues.
also im gettin Hondata from somewhere else i cant pass up the price he is giving me for a new unit.
ok, ill call u, but i dont think u can beat it only because i have a 100$ credit with jeff at importbuilders in california.
I am one of Hondata's top FIVE dealers worldwide... if the unit is new, call me with the price. Maybe I can match it.
It doesn't matter if you save $100 if Jim can fix your car (and he can) at his shop.
Bring the car to Jim - it will save you lots of $$$ in the long run.
